We study the Higgs rare decay h->Z+photon and display its correlation with the diphoton decay in different low energy SUSY models, namely the MSSM, CMSSM, NMSSM and nMSSM. Under current experimental constraints, we scan over the parameter space of each model and in the allowed parameter space we calculate the signal rates of h->Z+photon and h->diphoton at the LHC. We obtain the following observations: (i) In the CMSSM, the signal rates of h->Z+photon and h->diphoton are both slightly suppressed; (ii) In the MSSM, the signal rate of h->Z+photon is slightly suppressed while the h->diphoton rate can be enhanced or suppressed; (iii) In the NMSSM, the signal rates of h->Z+photon and h->diphoton are strongly correlated, which can be both significantly enhanced or suppressed; (iv) In the nMSSM, the signal rates of h->Z+photon and h->diphoton are both greatly suppressed. Since the correlation behavior between h->Z+photon and h->diphoton is so model-dependent, it may be useful for distinguishing the models at the high luminosity LHC.
