This paper discusses the use of charmonium decays to test Bell's inequality. We investigate the feasibility of this test with three channels {\eta}_c -> {\Lambda}{\Lambda}, chi_c0 -> {\Lambda}{\Lambda} and J/{\psi} -> {\Lambda}{\Lambda}, as well as developing a new representation of the Bell's inequality using mathematical techniques. We conclude that the {\eta}_c channel and the chi_c0 channel violate Bell's inequality, while the J/{\psi} channel is unlikely to do so. Simulations dealing with experimental aspects are also presented.
